My husband is a contractor that renovates kitchens. He also does a lot of plumbing. He had a really big job not too long ago and he had so much scrap metal from it that we had taken it to a scrap metal recycling in Aurora IL. Many times his customers want him to get rid of their old appliances and pipes because they don’t want to have to. He had done a big fence job and the owners were getting rid of all the iron fence that was around their property and he sold that to the recycling center. He took me out to dinner with that money.

My cousin’s husband has been a fireman for over twenty years now. Because of his profession he has always been an advocate for fire safety and being prepared for a home fire. When I got married they gave my husband and me fire extinguishers from Edmonton to put in our basement and kitchen in case of a fire. I remember receiving the gift and thinking that it would sit on top of our refrigerator gathering dust till the end of time.
Then one day I was cooking with grease and started a little grease fire on our gas stove. As soon as I saw the small flame I instantly felt pure anxiety, but then I remembered my forgotten gift from my wedding. I quickly used it and extinguished all the flames and nothing was hurt or lost. While the experience was very scary it made me realize how grateful I was that I had a fire extinguisher in my home. Now I am an advocate for having fire extinguishers from Edmonton in everyone’s home. You will never know when you need one, and you will be so grateful that you do have one if the need arises. Knowing about fire safety in the home is so important, and it is even more important to always be prepared.

I have a water softener to make my well water more palatable and to eliminate the iron content. Recently I needed a company from Morris IL for water softener service.
